RSRD Construction was
launched and was previously registered under Department of Trade Industry last
August 2018. It was through the collaborative and persistent efforts of young
entrepreneurs that gave birth to RSRD CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION and was
subsequently registered in Securities and Exchange Commission last December 11,
2024.
RSRD CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is
a business that explores innovative ideas, proven solutions to a dynamic and
continuously changing demands in the construction industry. We made efforts in
researching on how to be innovative yet sustainable at the same time.

a premier general construction and mechanical engineering firm dedicated to
delivering innovative solutions in fire protection systems and a diverse range
of specialized services. Our commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge

Mr. Randy Carlos
Mr. Randy Carlos is in line with Business Development / Financial and Analysis, Construction, Telco Projects and Oil and Gas Industry for almost 25+ years.
He excels his experience in proposal preparation, contracts, analysis, auditing, marketing strategy and business management.
He has been the right hand man of his previous employers in UAE and was assigned in different countries in the MENA to handle and manage the day-to-day operation of different factories, site construction and TELCO towers and Oi; and Gas. Equipped with his knowledge in Financial Analysis and his strong leadership skills, he was also appointed as Chief Financial Officer in UAE and MENA offices.
Through the learnings and experiences that he acquired, and seeing the potential in the Construction Business, he was inspired to establish RSRD CORPORATION. CONSTRUCTION With a vision to give back to the community and be an innovative yet sustainable company where work quality is not being sacrificed.
Mr. Carlos is a member of the prestigious Rotary Club of Manila – Jose P. Rizal under District of Manila 3810 (Club President for 2024 – 2025), Business Network International (BNI) and Guardians Emigrant Third Confederation Inc. (GETCI).

Engr. Ricardo C. Carlos
Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer
Engr. Ricardo C. Carlos is a PRC Registered Mechanical Engineer who has a 27 years of extensive training, experience and has a strong background in project management, design engineering Specialized in Telephone & Computer and estimation. Network System, (LAN,WAN), (Structured Cabling System) both for voice and data, Instrument Data Acquisition System). He is Knowledgeable and with extensive experience in Pile Testing Works (PIT, CHA, PDA, Pile Load Test, Pile Bi-Directional Load Test (O-CELL) & Pile Calliper Logging and Piling Software for Preparing Reports and Analysed Results, (PITW, CHA, PDAS, CAPWAP, Win Logger, RG-Logger, Pile Load Test, De-Logger, Data Logger (DT-80/80G series). An experienced Engineer in Pile Instrumentation, Geotechnical (Ground Engr. Ricardo C. Carlos Mechanical Engineer instrumentation), Structural Instrumentation (Tower, Bridge) and Meteorological Instrumentation (weather/environment, Wind Load and Velocity), Vertical and Horizontal Structure movement monitoring with complete Centralized Data Acquisition System.
Knowledgeable and with experience in Piling Works, Shoring Works & De-watering. Anchor Stressing Works and testing. Concrete Temperature Monitoring (squirrel View Logger) and Type K cable Installation. And other Basic Material Lab Testing Works. Force and Pressure System Calibration. LOAD Cells, Some Engineering graphics software and AutoCAD Design and Hardware components. With experience in housing development, high rise building, Ship building and repair, Boiler designing, piping installations and steel fabrications. With experience in Refurbishing, repair, Fabrication and Installation of stainless steel kitchen equipment, renovation of Banquet Kitchen, Fabrication and Installation of AHU (Air Handling Unit) and steel framing and steel support, Housing Electrical design & Installation and Piping design and Installation, hot and cold water line, sewer line & Down spout (riser), drainage system. He is also an expert in Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS). Amongst the many projects that he did are Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai, UAE, Landmark Tower, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Zayed University, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Kuwait Investment Authority Head Quarters, Kuwait, Honda Show Room in Al Rai, Kuwait, Diamond Hotel in Manila, Camella-Britanny in Las Pinas and Camella Novaliches. Engr. Ricky is a Director of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers – State of Kuwait ( PSME SOK), Incorporator of Kuwait Sandiwa Eagles Club – Ang Malayang Agila, Founding Fathers of Guardians Emigrant Third Confederation Inc (GETCI) and Founding Father of Guardians International Joint Operating Entity (GI- JOE).
Engr. Kent Meynard L. Carlos is a Civil Engineer whom we pride for his Project Architectural Autocad/SketchUp, Management, Design, Leadership, Logical Approach, Cost Estimate, Detail Oriented, Construction Management and Structural Analysis competencies. Despite his young age and having been recently graduated, he was already entrusted with projects such as building of Cold Storage, Warehouse, Commercial Buildings and Residential Houses.
